BIOGRAPHY:
My name is Olivia J. Johnson and I was born October 1, 1980 in Sharon Pennsylvania & grew up in Wheatland Pennsylvania. I went to Slippery Rock University & graduated with a Bachelor of Science in English, Creative Writing.
I've always wanted to own my own business(es) and work for myself. I followed the philosophy that if you "... Find a job you enjoy doing, & you will never have to work a day in your life ..." ― Mark Twain. However, I did not wish to find a job, I wanted to create one!
I have always had a passion for art and the beauty in all things. I love being creative & I have a passion for Aesthetics. I used to make my own jewelry out of recycled pieces. I'd find something that matched an outfit & make a piece of jewelry from it. My first piece I made I noticed how many people asked me "Where did you get that?". Many were amazed when I said, "I made it myself". So I stumbled upon the art of making paper beads. I starting adding them into my pieces. I did my first craft show at a local event and the rest was history. I am finally doing something that I love doing and it snowballed into many things after it. Once I realized my abilities I knew it was only the beginning.

I make handmade accessories & various items such as jewelry, keychains, & wine glass charms (just to name a few) from handmade paper beads, glass, plastic, & various metal materials. I make my own PAPER BEADS! Each paper bead is cut and rolled by hand and coated with non-toxic sealer and has a glossy finish. Other hand selected items are added for elegance & added charm. I use other various materials (mixed media) to make pendants and other items to add to my jewelry. Each piece had a item (or more) that was handmade by me. No two pieces are alike and can be customized to your liking. Which makes each piece unique & one of a kind!
*Some of my creations are made with PAPER BEADS which are water resistant. I recommend that you do NOT swim, shower, or bathe with your item(s) on for the life of your piece(s).
